3. More than one title deed (TAPU) is allowed to obtain citizenship by investment.

Example:

The investor purchases the property in 3 different projects named X, Y, Z, each time due to the receipt of a title deed (TAPU). If these documents of ownership were obtained in 2022-2023, then in case of problems there will be no problems and will be accepted for citizenship.

4. It is not possible to apply for citizenship using a title deed (TAPU) + notary deed.

Example:

The investor purchases real estate in 2 different projects called X, Y. The first object acquired in 2022, the second object in 2023 or both acquired objects in 2023, object X has a notary contract, object Y has a title deed (TAPU), such a transaction will not be accepted for citizenship, or if both objects are a notarial deed, then such a transaction will not be accepted for citizenship.

5. If the application for citizenship is made through a notary contract, the amount of $ 400,000 or more must be paid before viewing the contract itself.

In the case of purchasing real estate from a firm, the partners of the firm must not be relatives of the client purchasing the property.
If the seller is a company, none of the firm's partners must have citizenship by investment.
1 object gives the right to obtain citizenship only 1 time, regardless of how many times the object has been resold.
The immovable property that gave the right to acquire citizenship cannot be transferred to the previous owner.

The above changes come into force on 01.02.2023.
If the transfer of the document of ownership (TAPU) and the conclusion of the notary agreement took place before 01/31/2023, then the new rules do not apply to these transactions.
